Lid-lag in the Guillain-Barré syndrome.

ResumoTwo patients with severe idiopathic polyneuritis demonstrated marked bilateral limitation of upper lid descent during the acute phase of their illness. Accompanying facial weakness does not adequately explain this phenomenon and the possibility of supranuclear levator dysfunction is raised.
