Resumo: Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) is often preceded by an infectious disease. A case of GBS after hepatitis A in a pregnant woman is described. The patient was treated with intravenous immunoglobulin and had full recovery with no neurologic sequelae. She gave birth in term to a healthy baby. This is the first reported case in the English literature of a triple condition of hepatitis A, GBS, and pregnancy.
