Miller Fisher syndrome in the course of an acute pneumonia by Mycoplasma pneumoniae

Resumo: We report a patient with Miller Fisher syndrome in the course of an acute pneumonia by Mycoplasma pneumoniae. Miller Fisher syndrome as a neurologic complication of mycoplasmal respiratory disease occurring at infection onset is very rare and has not been described previously.
