Resumo: A 19-year-old man with acute autonomic and sensory neuropathy (acute autonomic and sensory neuropathy) with upper eyelid inflammation, decreased vision, muscle pain, diarrhea symptoms, accompanied by CPK high value, extensive autonomic dysfunction and hand- AASN), the cause was unknown and steroid pulse therapy was ineffective for neurological disorder.If plasma exchange and gamma globulin intravenous infusion therapy (IV-Ig) were performed, And improvement was recognized.
