A case of acute fulminant myocarditis associated with Guillain-Barre syndrome

Resumo: A 53-year-old female presented with congestive heart failure several days after the symptomatic symptoms, as well as respiratory muscle paralysis, muscle weakness in both upper and lower limbs, decreased tendon reflex, IABP, treatment of ventilator management Endometrial myocardial biopsy showed myocarditis findings and was diagnosed as acute axon Guillain-Barré syndrome by electrophysiological examination.This example shows that the axon type Guillain-Barré syndrome It is considered to be a complicated fulminant myocarditis, and it is an example that was relieved by intensive care.
