ResumoThe article discusses the relation between the Zika virus and a Roman Catholic ethical view of abortion. Topics include arguments that tie abortion legalization to the social conditions of poor women, conditions facing poor women in Colombia, and the purported impacts of contraception as a preventive service on poor women. Supposed impacts of abortion on people with disabilities are noted.
