A aprendizagem organizacional e gestão estratégica da informação na UFMG: a implantação da biblioteca digital de teses e dissertações.

Resumo: RESUMO: Descreve o processo de implantação da Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD) da UFMG e o seu ingresso na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira (BDB) criada pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Informação em Ciência e Tecnologia (IBICT), na Network Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (NDLTD), divulgando e disponibilizando, na íntegra, a produção científica da UFMG em rede mundial. Destaca a interação estabelecida entre os bibliotecários do Sistema de Bibliotecas com o Laboratório de Computação científica (LCC) e os colegiados de todos os programas de pós-graduação da UFMG, possibilitando o desenvolvimento de uma metodologia que viabilizou a definição e implementação de ações e a obtenção de resultados positivos. ABSTRACT: Describes the process of implantation of Digital Library of Thesis and Dissertations of UFMG and entrance in the Brazilian Digital Library created by the Brasilian Institute of Infomation Science and Tecnology - (IBICT), Network Digital Library of Thesis and Dissertations (NDLTD), publishing and making available, in the full text the scientific position of UFMG in Wide World Web. It detaches the established interaction among the librarians of the system of libraries with the Laboratory of Scientific Computation and the secretary of all the programs of masters degree of UFMG, making possible the development of a methodology that made possible the definition and increment of actions and the obtaining of positive results.
