Resumo: Severe headache in Guillain-Barre syndrome is rare. We report the management of a young patient with Guillain-Barre syndrome who suffered severe headache, which was not relieved by conventional analgesics. There was evidence of raised intracranial pressure. Insertion of lumbar drain and drainage of cerebrospinal fluid relieved her headache.
