Neurologic manifestations of the antiphospholipid syndrome.

Resumo: Neurologic disorders are among the most prominent clinical manifestations associated with the antiphospholipid syndrome. Such neurologic disorders are predominantly related to focal central nervous system thrombo-occlusive events. This review summarizes the latest data regarding the clinical aspects of stroke and other neurologic manifestations associated with antiphospholipid antibodies.
