Resumo: A 58-year-old woman presented with inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy accompanied by sensory and motor disturbance and interstitial lung disease. Corticosteroid therapy led to a marked amelioration of both the neuropathy and the lung disease. We suggest that a demyelinating neuropathy is associated with an interstitial lung disease.
