Miller fisher syndrome and optic neuritis: case report

Resumo: We report a case of Miller Fisher syndrome and bilateral demyelinating optic neuropathy suggesting the possible involvement of central nervous system in this syndrome. The optic neuritis was confirmed by visual evoked potential.
