Resumo: A 62-year-old man was a case. Sensory and motor disorders of the limb occurred after persistent cough and diagnosed as demyelinating Guillain-Barré syndrome. It required a ventilator management, and in severe cases accompanied by autonomic neuropathy, simple plasma exchange method was effective. Mixed infection of mycoplasma and influenza B was suspected as a pathogen, and IgG antibody against glycolipid antigen galactocerebroside was thought to be involved in the onset.
