Resumo: A 64-year-old male is a case of malignant lymphoma which developed in the whole body erythema, shortness of breath, neck mass, hepatosplenomegaly and thoracic ascites.The invasion into the whole body organs such as bone marrow / spinal fluid / liver, the diameter of the cervical lymph node is 10 cm Diagnosed as lymph node biopsy more diffuse middle cell type B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, stage IV B. It was accompanied by lactic acidosis and DIC, but responded to chemotherapy, tumor shrinks and lactic acidosis occurs Although it felt relieved, it developed acute tumor collapse syndrome such as acute renal failure, deterioration of DIC, low Ca · hyperpiemia etc. Although the symptoms were relieved once, about a half month later, tumor collapse syndrome was repeated after administration of anticancer drug Also, in the end of the year developed a Guiliain - Barré syndrome with upward tetraplegia and respiratory muscle paralysis, died due to sepsis.
