Resumo: Total genome DNA concentrations were determined in gills, hepatopancreas, gonad and muscles of Chinese mitten crab Eriocheir sinensis by improved method, and the absorption spectra of the genome DNA in different tissues were analysed by GBS UV/Vis. The results showed that the genome DNA concentrations were arranged in a descendant order as the following: gill>hepatopancreas>gonad>muscle.
