Resumo: Two hundred human sera from South Sulawesi and22 from East Kalimantan were analysed for arbovirus antibodies by the hemagglutination inhibition test. Antibodies against Japanese encephalitis and dengue were present in all but one of the E. Kalimantan sera, and in many of those from S. Sulawesi. There was serological evidence of exposure to Chikungunya, and possibly Zika, virus in a few inhabitants of S. Sulawesi.
