Resumo: Guillain-Barré syndrome has been reported in the setting of different malignancies. To the best of our knowledge, the association of Guillain-Barré syndrome and colorectal cancer has been reported in only two cases. As Guillain-Barré syndrome is potentially life threatening, it should be considered in the differential diagnosis of patients with colorectal cancer with neurological findings. Here we report two cases of Guillain-Barré syndrome in the setting of metastatic colorectal cancer.
