Bilateral crocodile tears in a patient with Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

Resumo: We describe the first reported case of the development of bilateral crocodile tears in Guillain-Barré Syndrome. This finding is an expression of axonal degeneration in the acute phase and misdirection-in-regeneration in the chronic phase.
